We have no control over customs processes, timelines, or fees, and we cannot predict or modify the charges that may apply to your order.

• Unpaid customs fees may result in your package being returned or withheld or destroyed.

If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is returned to us, refunds will be issued minus all shipping costs, return fees, and handling fees incurred. Please note that if you refuse to pay customs, this might lead to your package be damaged by your local customs office.
